American Girl: Meet Courtney Moore
- see all dates
Meet Courtney Moore, the best gamer at the arcade.
The newest American Girl historical character is celebrated at her big reveal. Kids can learn more about Courtney’s story, pick up a totally awesome ’80s craft to make, and take home a fabric-covered hair elastic like Courtney wears.
Courtney can’t understand why there aren’t more girl characters in the games she plays. After all, it is 1986. When a school project gives Courtney a chance to create her own video game, the hero is a girl who knows how to handle any situation. It’s something she’s working on in her own life. When her mom announces that she’s running for mayor, Courtney’s blended family has to learn to work together differently. It’s a whole new game for Courtney, and she’s figuring out the rules—and making her own superhero moves—as she goes.
This event is free and open to the public. For girls ages 3 and up.
Please note the store is operating at limited capacity. Guests may have a wait time for entry into the store.
