The Natural History Museum welcomes visitors to its newest exhibition: Fierce! The Story of Cats.

Highlights of the Welcome Day include DIY cat ears and puppets, strolling marionettes of a sabertooth and mountain lion P-22, and cat-related exhibitor tables from numerous local organizations.

Timed presentations include The Cat That Changed Los Angeles at 1pm, about local icon P-22, and Nose to Toes: Purr-fect Predators at 2pm, which details cats' hunting skills.
