TOCApalooza, the bigger and better version of The South Bay Festival of the Arts, returns with a day-long festival experience.

The celebration of all things arts offers free entertainment on three stages all day long. In addition, guests can enjoy art exhibitions and vendors. New for 2026: karaoke!
