The Nutcracker Ballet (Pasadena Dance Theatre)

Pasadena Dance Theatre brings its annual production of the classic holiday ballet to the Historic San Gabriel Mission Playhouse.
The Nutcracker tells the story of young Clara as she embarks on a magical journey to the Land of Sweets with her Nutcracker Prince. Filled with delightful characters, from the Sugar Plum Fairy to the Mouse King, the show features guest performances by world-renowned artists Aaron Smyth and Matisse Love.
The company includes PDT Alumni, local professionals and the talented PDT conservatory dancers, as well as new elements, collaborations and cultural highlights such as The High Notes by the Pasadena Chorale, Chinese Dragons choreographed by Master Instructor Kin Lam, and acrobats by U.S. National Men's Four Acrobatic Gymnasts for the Russian dance.
