Skirball Opening Celebration - Spring 2025

The Skirball celebrates the opening of its Spring exhibitions, with free admission and activities on both the evening of April 30 and afternoon of May 1.
The two new exhibitions on view are Jack Kirby: Heroes and Humanity and Away in the Catskills: Summers, Sour Cream, and Dirty Dancing; there are also some additions to Diane von Furstenberg: Woman Before Fashion.
Opening Eve (Wednesday, April 30, 7:00–9:00 pm)
Guests can mingle with artists, curators, and special guests throughout the evening, while viewing the new and ongoing exhibitions. Skirball President and CEO Jessie Kornberg gives welcome remarks in the Courtyard at 8pm
Opening Day (Thursday, May 1, 12:00–5:00 pm)
Guests are invited to explore the new and continuing exhibitions. Special activities include tours and interactions with exhibit curators and artists.
Please note: Advance tickets for Noah's Ark on May 1 are fully reserved. Limited time slots for Noah's Ark may be available at check-in.
