These "rooftop" screenings are actually at the airport: Santa Monica Airport to be specific.

Movies are projected onto a 52-foot screen, and audio is broadcast through the FM transmitter radio in guests' cars.

Rooftop Cinema is entirely contactless. Guests are required to watch the film from within their vehicle and must wear a mask or face covering anytime they are outside the vehicle for any reason, Please see COVID safety requirements for more details

Doors for screenings open 30 minutes to an hour before the movie start time. Each vehicle is assigned a parking space upon arrival. Guests are welcome to bring their own food and drink, but classic cinema concessions are also offered on site, with contactless order and pick-up.
