Leadership Long Beach activates the community in service in honor of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.’s legacy. The annual MLK Day of Service mobilizies Californians to volunteer and serve in their communities.

The event starts with a pancake breakfast from 8:30am to 10:00am before the volunteer projects begin at 10:30am.

Donations of food for the Volunteer Center’s newly opened pantry and full-size hygiene items for Long Beach City College’s Basic Needs program are encouraged!
