Santa Monica's Heal the Bay celebrates 40 years of protecting our coastal waters with a weekend of activities on Third Street Promenade.

The celebration starts on Friday at the Open House Party, with an 80s Listening Lounge on the 1200 block from 4pm to 6pm.

The party moves to the dance floor on Saturday evening, with an 80's themed dance party. Guests are encouraged to dress in 80's themed outfits for a rad night of DJ hits, an open-air dancefloor, retro games & activities, and raffle prizes.  Food and drinks available for purchase. (6pm to 9pm).

Then on Sunday, Cinema Sundays at Sunset launches with a free screening of The Goonies on the 1400 block. Movie begins at sunset, (bring a blanket as it can get chilly!)
