- see all dates
Yoga is a fun, joyful, and peaceful way for families to move together mindfully. Hosted by Zooga Yoga Culver City at Ivy Station, this free class is an introduction to yoga for kids with an adventure theme that focuses on fun and family.
The class begins by focusing and tuning in, followed by a playful practice that includes animal poses, partner poses, music, games and laughs. Class ends with guided imagery and relaxation (savasana). While the adventures are centered around the kids, adults get a good stretch, too!
Class is designed for walkers through age 8, accompanied by a participating adult (1 per child).
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one. Water bottle & face masks are recommended.
Space is limited; registration is required. Space is limited to 15 kids (plus their accompanying adults). Attendees will be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis, regardless of registration status. Free class with free 90-minute parking validation provided upon request.
