This year's event is held on the south lawn at Exposition Park.
Guests can hear from famous creators and science celebrities, and take part in hundreds of experiences, including hands-on activities, maker exhibitors, expert panels, workshops, and mainstage entertainment featuring surprise science VIPs, special guests, and live demos.
Featured workshops include:
- Rebuild: Creative Reuse and Sewing
- Giant Magellan Telescope: Tactile Astronomy
- Seville for the People: Repurpose Jewelry
- Library Foundation of Los Angeles: Simple Circuit Artwork
The event offers content in both English and Spanish.
City of STEM Festival & LA Maker Faire is presented by the Columbia Memorial Space Center and the Los Angeles Public Library. Event is free, for all ages.
