123 Farm at Highland Springs Ranch celebrates the beginning of lavender harvest season with the Lavender Festival.
Families can stroll through the winding paths of organic lavender fields, participate in guided tours in an antique tractor-drawn wagon, learn how lavender essential oil is extracted, and taste lavender-inspired dishes.
The organic herbs grown at 123 Farm are featured prominently throughout the family-friendly event. Numerous specialty items made with lavender are available for purchase, ranging from lavender lemonade and lavender ice cream to essential oils, fresh bouquets, plants and even lavender-stuffed toys.
Pricing varies by date. Admission is free from May 14 - May 23, for pre-bloom visits (Lavender typically begins to bloom in late May so guests visiting during the first two weeks should not expect to see lavender in the fields). Rates thereafter range from $12-15 for adults and $6-13 for kids/seniors/students. Rates higher on site. Additional fees for some activities Parking is $10.
