In preparation for COAST 2019: Santa Monica's Open Streets Celebration, a series of workshops are being held around town enabling participants to create and decorate their wheels, shoes, or self.

Find free materials, inspiration and assistance from the COAST artists-in-residence. Comen when you want and stay as long as you want! Then, jump in and join the two-miles of car-free and colorful streets on September 15 at COAST 2019: Santa Monica's Open Streets Celebration/
