Evergreen Montessori Academy
Evergreen Montessori Academy's mission is to provide a safe, healthy, happy environment where children thrive both academically and emotionally as they discover a passion for learning. Responsive caregiving is essential for infants' well-being, fostering healthy brain development and increasing the likelihood of reaching cognitive-language, physical-motor, and social-emotional milestones. This type of care involves understanding and responding to infants' early communication attempts, both verbal (cries, coos, gurgles, babbles, chuckles) and nonverbal (smiling, frowning, pointing, waving, lifting arms to be held). Providing high-quality care for children from 6 weeks to 6 years old is not just our mission—it's the school's passion. Children in high-quality care environments can socialize and develop vital lifelong skills during their most formative years. Early socialization allows children to practice a range of cognitive and social skills, including self-expression, conflict resolution, problem-solving, and teamwork. The program is designed to nurture the emotional and developmental needs of young children, offering a supervised, state-of-the-art environment where they can interact with peers and receive care from responsive adults.
