The Winter Run Series returns to Long Island state parks at 11am on Sundays in January. A 5K, or 3.1-mile, race is planned at each state park. After each race, runners are offered free hot chocolate, granola bars, juice, fruit, bagels, or doughnuts.

Medals are awarded in 18 age categories (from kids 12 and under to seniors ages 90+).

Pick up will be January 11 amd 12 from 8am to 7pm and January 13 from 8am to 1pm at NYS Parks Regional Headquarters in Babylon.

In addition, each registered runner is entered in a raffle with prizes!
