This special Halloween party is for toddlers ages 4 and under only. 

Lunch and juice , plus a goodie bag for all kids. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place Best Costume. Includes 1 1/2 hour of open play fun and a 1/2 hour for eating.
