Start your Easter celebration at Sagamore Hill, home of former president Theodore Roosevelt. Enjoy the Roosevelts' tradition of a noncompetitive egg roll while reviving Theodore Roosevelt's love of nature with egg craft bags filled with goodies.

The Roosevelt family celebrated Easter publicly during their time in the White House (1901-1909) and privately at their own home. The six Roosevelt children would wake up early on Easter Monday and rush down to their designated area of the home to search for their Easter eggs.

Each egg hunt is reserved for 40 children. Please arrive 30 minutes before your session time. No need to bring a basket as the children can decorate their own bag for egg collecting. Please register each child participant.
