LICM is gearing up to hit a milestone birthday, and it's ready to party. Create all the fixings for a great time. Make some quintessentially '90s sand art, create a party hat, send a wish with a bubble wand, decorate (and eat) a tasty mini cupcake, and leave a special birthday message for the museum.
