The Cradle of Aviation Museum invites visitors to drop pumpkins from the museum’s second-floor balcony, and watch them go splat as gravity takes over. Bring your own pumpkin or purchase one from the museum for $2 while supplies last. 

The pumpkins become a pile of pulp two floors below. It’s a great way to demonstrate the effects of gravity and a great opportunity to let out a little frustration. Either way, it’s a lot of fun for the whole family.

After the drop, explore the museum’s eight galleries, which take you on a trip through over 100 years of air and space history, from kites and balloons to man’s first steps on the moon.
