This program at Hallock State Park Preservewill introduce map skills and basic compass-reading skills. Learn how to read a map and create a map. Then learn how to use a compass and set out on a compass course.
Although geared for ages 7-10, it is family-friendly, all are welcome. It is an indoor and outdoor activity, please dress accordingly. It will not run the outdoor segment in extreme weather conditions.
