This 1- and 4-mile race takes place throughout the streets of Bellmore on the 4th of July, rain or shine. 

8:30am 4-mile start
8am 1-mile start (perfect for children)

Sanctioned by USATF-LONG ISLAND and an individual scoring race in the USATF-LI Grand Prix.

This event is a USATF-Long Island fundraiser, with all proceeds going directly to Long Island Track & Field

BENEFICIARY: All donations will be directed to Long Island Track & Field.
