This free Halloween Festival hosted at the Village of Freeport and Freeport Fire Department boasts a parade, fire exhibits, giveaways, a chowder contest and trunk or treat. Parade starts at 11:30am at Sea Breeze Park on Richmond Street. Call 516-377-2311 to sign up for the trunk or treat.
