Winter is coming, and the Discovery Center is gearing up for the return of cold weather with special winter activities.

On-going Activities:

  • Icy Watercolors: Explore the interaction between crayon and watercolor as you paint your own winter scene in OcuSOFT Art Academy.
  • Giant Snowball: Snowball fight! Make a snowball that never melts in Junktion.
  • Polar Bear Party: Blend in with the snow and make a mask of our furry Arctic friends in Junktion.
  • Penguin Puppet: Create a finger puppet of our favorite tuxedo-wearing bird from the South Pole in Junktion.
  • Ice Melting Blocks: Feeling chilly? Test what material is best at conducting heat in Science Station.
