Experience a celebration focused on gratitude and joyful reunions with loved ones during the Chinese Moon Festival. Little ones can watch a special shadow puppet presentation, listen to live music, enjoy a magic show, and more.

Special Events:

  • Shadow Puppet presentation of “A Big Moon Cake for Little Star,” by Miss Jan - 11-11:15 a.m.
  • Magic show by Lianhong Thestory - noon-12:20 p.m.
  • Performance by musician Henry Yang - 1-1:20 p.m.
  • Create mooncake are in the Muse - All day
  • Learn Chinese calligraphy - All day
  • Make Chinese pinwheels - All day

The Moon Festival is considered the second most important festival in China, after the Chinese New Year, and is honored in other east Asian countries, too.
