Children's Book Week at The Woodlands Children's Museum

Visitors to The Woodlands Children can experience imaginary journeys to other times and places during Children’s Book Week.
04/30: From 10 a.m. to noon the Montgomery County Memorial Library System will host a table at the museum where children ages 5+ can sign up for their own library card. Clifford will make an appearance at 10:30 a.m. along with a reading of Clifford and the Railroad Crossing. Also that day, a special Picture Book Boogie Bash is set for 11 a.m.
05/01: At 10:45 a.m. Deputy Stephanie Coroiescu with Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office will be reading Officer Buckle and Gloria. At 11:30am kids can play Picture Book Bingo.
05/02: At 10:30 a.m. there will be an author meet-and-greet with Zach Merta who will read Goodnight to The Woodlands. At 11 a.m. Shadow Puppet Theatre will perform Where the Wild Things Are, followed by action song "Wild Things."
05/03: At 10:30 a.m., Noon and 1:00 p.m. Pete the Cat will be available for meet-and-greets and photo ops. At 11 a.m. Storybook Theatre will present Pete The Cat and his Four Groovy Buttons.
Book Week activities are included in the museum’s $7 admission for visitors age 1 and older.
