Join the Houston Diaper Association Program at their 3rd annual Family Fun Carnival and fundraiser. Family-friendly activities include a carnival, petting zoo, bounce house, arcade games, arts and crafts, storytelling, and more. 

Nearly 1 in 3 American families struggle to afford diapers. The Houston Diaper Assistance Program (“HDAP”), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, is committed to helping close the Diaper Gap by providing free and reduced cost diapers to low-income families in Houston.
