Learn the ins and outs of parkour from Urban Movement's experienced, certified coaches. Classes include running, jumping, climbing, crawling, and more by using what's available in the environment, creating a workout that doubles as play time. 

This is a beginner class for ages 12+. Classes meet at the Hess Deck. 

Children under 18 who are participating must have parental consent. All participants must sign a waiver upon arrival. 

Bring a towel and water, as well as a mat for all yoga classes. Yoga mats can be purchased in the Discovery Green office 9am-6pm. Please consult your physician before engaging in exercise.
