Head to the library for a fun Halloween celebration. The morning will kick off with a Halloween-themed storytime followed by crafts, games and snacks, then end with a costume parade around the library that will end with everyone getting a treat from the service desk.

Costumes are encouraged, but not required. 

This program is for children ages 18 months to 6 years of age and their caregiver(s).
