Visit the two MFAH house museums—Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens and Rienzi—for an afternoon of free, family-friendly programs that connect art, nature, history, and science.
Park at Bayou Bend and take the complimentary shuttle between locations.
“Women in America” at Bayou Bend | This look at the contributions of women to early American life features music and dance performances; storytelling; and gardening-focused games, activities, and demonstrations.
“Gardens in Bloom” at Rienzi | Marking its Silver Anniversary, Rienzi celebrates 25 years since opening the house and gardens to the public. Enjoy cookies and other refreshments during your visit.
