Gardening Sensory Bin Make & Take
Come and join in on making a garden-themed sensory bin! This make-and-take class is a great educational weekend activity that will keep your kids endlessly entertained.
Sensory bins are great for stimulating your child's senses, and will help them develop fine motor and language skills. These sensory bins will help to provide a calming sensory experience that allows them to explore via touch. Our sensory bin class will include a 15 minute informational session with Dr. Ingrid Weland, Ed.D, who has more than 30 years of experience with child development and education. After the informational session, parents and children will get to work together to create their own sensory bin, picking and choosing from a vast array of different garden-themed items and materials to then take home.
Each ticket is good for one adult and up to two children.
