Bring out the whole family to Midtown Park for a Family Capoeira class. Capoeira is an Afro-Brazilian martial art that develops discipline, coordination, strength, and rhythm.

Instruction is provided by the Brazilian Cultural Institute and is open to families of all sizes and skill levels.
