Little revelers can get their grown-ups out the door early for this beloved neighborhood Halloween parade. Kids show off their costumes along the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and pick up a goodie bag before departing.
Social distancing and face-coverings are required. RSVP required; one ticket per family.
One more note: The usual Garden Place trick-or-treating has been canceled due to the pandemic.
