The New Rochelle Public Library kicks off the 2019 Summer Reading Program--this year's theme being "Explore the Seven Seas"--with a 45-foot inflated ship replicating a deep-sea vessel, the Shinbone Alley Stiltband, crafting snorkeling masks and deep-sea creatures, and more.

Held on Library Green. FREE
