The Hester Street Fair's Halloween weekend festivities include an annual Halloween costume contest with fab prize baskets for the winners.

Register for the contest at the HSF table at the front of the fair.

Of course, the rest of the regular Hester Street Fair is also on display! Shop wares and food from vendors and enjoy tunes from a live DJ.
