Take a break from the summer heat and make your own colonial inspired ice cream.

Learn all about the history of ice cream during the 1700’s, and the many different unusual flavors colonists enjoyed. Then make your own colonial flavored ice cream, such as rosewater, or a classic flavor, like vanilla.

Advance registration is required; limit of four places per family.

Safety Requirements: This socially-distanced workshop is held outside of Morris-Jumel Mansion on the bluestone patio. Masks are required for participants over the age of two when social distancing is not possible.
