Families are invited to celebrate Black History Month by working on special art activities and other fun projects!

Award winning spoken-word performance-recording artist, actress, self-empowerment speaker and educator Gha'il Rhodes Benjamin presents stories in the oral tradition of African-Americans, which are steeped in the history of a strong people. Children also get the chance to write and make their own book to take home.
