Enjoy a Times Square-style atmosphere, complete with a release of several thousand balloons at noon, along with face painting, arts and crafts, kiddy rides, clowns, magic, a singing princess, a DJ, games, balloon twisting, snacks, goody bags, soccer, raffle prizes, and more.

Admission fees go to support the New Rochelle Public Library. Purchase your family pass in advance on the organizer's website.
