Rain or Shine. Best Little Street Fair In NYC. Vendors include artists selling their own work, dealers of antiques, clothing, jewelry, furniture, clothing, collectibles of all sorts, records/CDs/DVDs, comic books, tchotchkes (big and small), and a children’s face painter from 12 noon-3pm.

Adults are welcome for face painting as well, because there is nothing like a grown man with cat whiskers and glitter.
