Virtual Family Day: Abstract Art: Painting with Dots
Artist Andrew Forge made his paintings out of thousands of dots of paint, a technique he called “drumming.” What will you create? Kits with art supplies and detailed instructions will be available for pick-up at Fairfield University by registered participants the Thursday & Friday prior to each program.
Video tutorials will also be available on our website to help you follow along! Instructions for supplies pickup will be sent in an email a week prior to the event.
Tag us on social media at @FairfieldUAM with your completed projects to be entered into a monthly raffle for a $25 gift card to Michaels!
Register on Eventbrite for the number of children. This event is free for Members (register for our free membership here!). Non-Member registrants are kindly asked to consider paying a suggested fee of $5 in support of the museum's educational programs. In furtherance of its commitment to equity, access, diversity, and inclusion, the Museum would like to emphasize that this fee is entirely discretionary.
