Cannons, dancing and delicacies…oh my! Take part in the Westport Historical Society’s full day of activities on Sat., July 13th, from 10am until 4pm, memorializing the burning of towns along the Connecticut coast during the War for Independence. British troops burned Fairfield and the Green’s Farms Meeting House in Westport before moving on to Norwalk in July of 1779. Learn more about this event while enjoying games and hands-on demonstrations from the period.

Online tickets are $10. If you choose to attend our “Tavern Night” the evening of July 13th a bundle ticket can be purchased online for $30.
