This women’s 5K welcomes all ages and abilities, encouraging participants to achieve their goals and celebrate fitness.

The 3.1 mile race starts and finishes in the beautiful Elizabeth Park Rose Garden, offering gorgeous views in a friendly environment. Mother-daughter teams are encouraged on race day, as are running and walking groups.

HMF FitKids: Kids not quite ready for the 5K are encouraged to register and participate in HMF FitKids races, a timed one-mile race is available!

All participants receive a high quality short sleeve technical shirt and a complimentary photo to keep and share the race memory forever. Enjoy a post-race party in the park with music, fresh food, festive awards, great freebies and health & fitness info.
