This women’s 5K welcomes all ages and abilities, encouraging participants to achieve their goals and celebrate fitness.

The 3.1 mile race starts and finishes in the Elizabeth Park Rose Garden, offering gorgeous views in a friendly environment. Race as an individual or part of a group. Form a mother-daughter duo or go solo and meet new friends along the way. HMF FitKids timed one-mile race also available for kids ages 2-11.

All participants receive a custom race hat and a post-race party in the park. Enjoy music, fresh food, festive awards and vendors offering goods and information for women interested in health and fitness.
