The Norwalk International Cultural Exchange (NICE) is a Norwalk organization that seeks to promote and increase awareness of the diversity of peoples from around the world through arts and culture.
NICE will host dancers, musicians, vendors, and local international restaurants; and encourage the community to spend the day together.
