Tthe Storyteller’s Cottage will hold a free party celebrating the launch of Simsbury resident Amanda Bannikov’s latest children’s book, Tippy Goes to the Doctor.

Guests can enjoy a storytime with the author, free cookies & sparkling cider, free bookmarks and stickers, and a chance to win a free signed copy of the new book.

Come along on another learning adventure with this kind dragon and his best friend, a girl knight. Guests will meet Nurse Little and Doctor Theo who take very good care of Tippy the brave dragon as they walk him through his checkup. Tippy even receives a surprise at the end… Dr. Theo isn’t so scary after all.
