Free First Saturday for kids. Join us in the art studio from 11 am – 1 pm and create an artwork.

The Calendar includes great events monthly such as:

  • March 2: Cityscape
    • Learn about American Precisionism through the artwork of Beatrice Cuming. Take inspiration from her scenes to create your own mixed material cityscape.
  • April 6: Tiffany Dragonflies
    • Make a Dragonfly work of art inspired by our Tiffany Lamp. Enjoy the museum’s permanent collections while you’re visiting!
  • May 4: Primary Painting
    •  Enjoy the abstract design of Connecticut artist Power Boothe before creating your own painting using primary colors.
