Sanctuary goat yoga is all about celebrating the human-animal bond…with YOU. Immerse yourself in deep, calming stretches while surrounded by meadows, birds and the hum of the earth. Oh, and did we mention the goats? They make every smile and ounce of joy contagious.

All classes are held outdoors at the sanctuary surrounded by nature. Instructor, Heather Morgado of YogaSpace, and the goat yogis from Bradley Mountain Farm are looking forward to seeing you soon.

• Classes suitable for all levels & styles and taught by Heather Morgado.
• Limited to 48 guests. All must register (no walk-ins).
• Please dress in comfortable clothes and layers. Many participants like to bring a towel with their yoga mats.
• Ages 10 & up (children must be accompanied by an adult).
• Cancellations will be posted at CVHFoundation.org and emailed to registered guests.

Registration fees are non-refundable unless class is canceled due to inclement weather.
