The Downtown Mystic Merchants and Greater Mystic Chamber of Commerce in partnership with NORTH SWELL present FloatSwella 2024: A pop-up paddle-craft only rally on the Mystic River.

This event will be held alongside the West Side of the Mystic River, North of the Historic Bascule Bridge.

Launch Points include:

  • I95 Highway Bridge on Rover Road Isham Street (at Bay Street)
  • Water Street across from Daniel Packer Inn
  • Williams Beach at the Ocean Community YMCA
