Kids Creative Flow Workshops at The Garden at Pinehurst Farm is a joyful blend of movement, creativity, and connection—all summer long. The workshops are magical mornings filled with kids yoga, hands-on crafts, and garden-inspired fun at our tranquil farm. These workshops are designed to nurture creativity, mindfulness, and friendship in a calm, nature-connected space.

Each session runs from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and includes:

• A playful kids yoga class to start the day
• Time for a healthy snack (please pack one!)
• A themed craft project (see our rotating themes below!)
• A picnic-style lunch in our garden or cozy barn (please pack a lunch)
• Calm coloring time for those who choose not to participate in yoga These are drop-in style days—no need to commit to a full week. Come to one, two, or as many as you'd like.
