In preparation of Back to School season, the City of Stamford Department of Health has announced FREE Back to School Vaccine Clinics for Stamford residents and Stamford Public School students. These clinics are designed to provide easy access to essential vaccines to ensure a healthy start to the new school year.

Starting July 9, 2024 thru September 4, 2024, the Vaccine Clinic will be open Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. with extended hours from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays to ensure working families also have access to the resources.

No insurance is needed! For vaccines, appointments are preferred but walk-ins are welcome. For a well child physical, appointments are required. The public can call (203) 977-5385 to schedule in advance.

Documents are required:

For kids: Birth certificate or passport and Vaccine records (in English)

For parents: Passport or driver’s license

For caregivers (other than parent): Notarized papers that state legal connection of care for the child and Passport or driver’s license.
