Join the Nature Museum for the new virtual Curiosity Club! Explore unique nature and science topics in these fun 1-hour sessions.

Materials needed: only pencil and paper!

In February, kids can look at "Turtle Traits." Observe the traits of the Nature Museum's aquatic and terrestrial turtles. From webbed toes to claws to powerful beaks, turtles have everything they need to succeed in their Illinois habitats. Explore how these traits tell us where they live in the wild and more.

In March the topic is "Sensational Snakes." Kids can learn about snake bodies, how snakes hunt and eat, and where they live. We'll ask questions and record our observations and ideas in a simple science notebook.
