Zoo-goers can take a spin (or just a skate) on this rink made of Glice, a synthetic substance that requires no water or electricity, throughout the winter season. Skaters are welcome to bring their own skates, or they can rent skates for $5.

The rink will be open for extended hours on weekend in December for the Zoo's Holiday Magic event. On those dates, the rink will be open from 10 a.m. to 8:30 p.m.
